Mark Thompson is well known for his role on the hit BBC show Stargazing Live. He became fascinated by all things in the night sky at the age of 10 and has enjoyed studying it ever since. He has lecured at the Royal Institution and at Universities around the country.
In this talk, Mark will take you on a fascinating journey across the Universe from the familiar planets to some of the most bizarre objects in the Universe.
Doors open 7.30pm, starts at 8pm. Talk will last for about an hour with time for Q+A. Bar will be open for drinks and snacks.
Entrance fee £5 + booking fee to book online or £6 on the door (spaces limited)
