All the above were approved, signed and dated by the chairman and RFO.

- Allotments in Wortwell
Request for an allotment plot – We have received interest in one plot but this has not been taken up.
Request to tidy the weed growth – We received an email from the chairman for Wortwell Parish council requesting that we arrange for the weed growth to be brought back under control. Mr. Soanes has tidied the area as requested. There is a lot of rubbish on the area which needs to be cleared. The option of a skip was discussed and agreed that this would be a good idea to do in the autumn.
- To receive inspection report on the Playing Field
Mrs. Hair did the inspection in June and all was in good order. Parts of the hedge need trimming as a couple of bins are concealed by hedging. Mr. Soanes will speak to our grass cutting contractor about cutting and strimming the grass more frequently and neater.
- Update on Picnic Site
Mr. Soanes has received an email from the River Waveney Trust informing us that they have finished the fence and strimmed the area. The grass is growing well. They are going to put in another stretch of fence near the old bridge to further inhibit joy riders and also replace a couple of missing posts on the side of the bridge. Someone is thinking of donating a bench and maybe a picnic table in memory of his late wife. They thank the parish council for our continued backing.
